Will Nye The RE Guy is a local business based out of the Fox Valley. The founder Will has been investing in real estate for several years specializing in multi family real estate. Will and his team have been expanding rapidly over the past several years. We are a company devoted to creating Win Win Win situations for you, the seller, us, the buyers and for the residents we rent to, or clients we sell to. We are looking for single family homes, duplexes, and any multi family real estate there is no property to big or to small.  Although we do look at “turn key” properties as well for much of our purchases our hard work begins after the sale. We usually restore and rehab the property to its former glory before renting to tenants or selling on the market. We focus on buying properties and turning them into home for our renters or buyers.
